I can reflock any action figure head and it's a $1 added to remove the old flock, but is the flock in good shape? if so, I'd leave it as is unless it's one of the free membership figures. If it's the expensive reproduction Joes and the flock is still in good shape I'd leave it. Now, if it's the extra heads that they gave and you have extra I'd get one of those reflocked. This is just my opinion... It's up to you... I'll reflock them all. I'm just being honest as to what I would do. Then again if the hair is thin as most of them are- I'd reflock it. What happens now is even some of the heads I used to leave alone because even though they were a little thin the vintage flock was still pretty good... now I strip them and do a reflock or I try to trade them for a balding head that I can reflock. Hi Greg, The hair should come off easy enough with some warm water and a thumb nail on that type. Don't bother taking the head off the neck post. I can flock them with the neck on. When you are ready just email me. I wouldn't post any of your info here if I were you (I will delete it if I see it). Just drop a line and we can get those done for you. Thanks Ray Flock Concepts
