Well I've flocked a figure a few times but it seems like the flock is thin, when ive seen other members pictures and the flock seems much thicker and higer, my flock box is still pretty pathetic, but i think it may be my adhesives, im using a 5 minute epoxy. please Leave me any helpful hints you have. thank you

I think you're going to have to get a longer work time epoxy. You have to figure, to get a good even mix you'll need at least 40 to 60 seconds of mix time. Now factor in you brush on time and allow a good 2 to 3 minutes to flock. Unless you're really really on your game I would think the glue would start to skin over and get real shiny way before you are done flocking.
Also know many tend to think that the first round of flock that sticks into the glue is all there is. You have to keep going the more flock fiber in the glue the more the flock fiber will charge and shoot into the glue. Are you using a PVC pipe stick???
Best way to do this if for you to email me and give me a run down of what you use and do while flocking. I say this because we had a member using a D-cell with a 120volt input 25kV (25,000 volts) output unit. The D-cell just will not power it. So it's best to just read a list of what you do and go from there.
