This pic has been eating at my brain for awhile now. I think I will test out a unit like this. I would think if you put the Joe head in the middle of that swirling flock it would coat in a matter of seconds. Just a back burner idea that makes me keep going back to this picture. Attachments:

I tested this using two different size paint can lids and while it works- it's just not practical in real world use because once the flock jumps from the lower wider lid you'd have to reload it to finish flocking. I could see it working with a tiny amount of air pressure in a closed chamber to keep the flock in motion, but it's seem too much work for flocking Joe heads, but may have some use for flocking larger odd shaped items.
