Joe on the boat

I just back from boating on the son-in-laws boat.
So....I thought I'd take Joe along for the ride/swim/float.This is a vintage GIjOE with a vintage life preserver and he is a Sea Adventurer reflocked by me. It's good to know the life vest kept him afloat although I did have a tow in line attached, and the flocking held up great!

An SA that can actually go in the sea. Think of the possibilities when we were kids if the flock didn't fall out back then. I like that you used a reflocked LA head because some don't believe that they are reflocks. Even with the blue eyes I'll get asked if I painted the SA's eyes. Awesome shots!!!

So far Ray you are the only one that has noticed that he is reflocked LA head. I figured its time to how good the flock holds up! I also couldn't believe that the life vest kept him afloat that was a real shocker.
If you look at the last pic you can see that he almost lost his foot.
