Fresh from the molds sent to me from Rob1 are these muscle body arms and wrist pegs. I tossed on some of Mazinfriki's hands from Spain and they look awesome. Thank you Rob. Anyone looking for replacement arms should PM Rob1! Attachments:

Anyone looking for replacement arms should PM Rob1! Yes Rob certainly does incredible work! I just got some lower arms and the kits for muscle body Joes from him and will post pictures soon. I also think his Dog Tags, Rifles , Pistols are the best looking and hard to tell the difference from an original. Will post pictures of those also soon. Thanks Rob for all the effort and attention to detail that you do for the hobby

Thanks, It was hard to find the plastic for the visors. The rivets holding the visor was another problem. One of the helmets has the original rivets that I pulled out and the other I made with a copper tube. The copper tube was pounded with different punches and then flattened. Kind of like a tube flaring tool.

Excellent work Rob. I also love the work you did with the visor. Great stuff. I love seeing your work keep them coming and thanks for sharing.

Traud, Thanks for the compliment. As you know this stuff is hard to do. I had trouble with the color for the arms. Trying to do the same color as the figure is very hard and time consuming. I now know of another color that is for native americans. I'm going to give it a try as well as brown for the Black Joes. The hemets were easy to do as long as you have the right plastic. The stuff I found was a little lighter than the original but still looks great. Rob

Rob, For the color match did you find a close color dye/tint or did you do the old mix and match, and if so did you remember the recipe?

Traud, I have several muscle figures and the colors are all different. Some lighter or darker. What I did was buy a the caucaision pigment, but when I cast it, it looked tan. I needed it to be more redish. So I tried red and it turned pink. So the next color I tried was orange. That worked but it was too orange. So I Had to play around with the colors. 9 Drops of Caucasion and 1 very small drop of orange on a paper clip. Using 10ml of resin and hardener. Using a tan resin. This worked but it's still very hard to get it all consistant. Mixing this all up is too hard. I'm going to get a native american pigment next. The product I use is ulumilite. Rob

Thanks for the recipe It's a good place to start instead of trying from scratch, specially being color blind...this color mixing thing sucks.

Been away from the forum for way to long and really wanted to post these pictures sooner of how Rob helped me get fore arms for my Land Adventurer Muscle Body. I got the flocking done by Ray who is just a master of details. Speaking of details the pictures do not do justice enough to see all the fine detailing and color for these fore arms he custom made for me. He made the hand holes able to fit kung fu grip pegs or if I want to I can put hard hands in them. For now he has vintage Kung Fu grip hands and pegs but the color is too pale. I like the ones from Spain, and Ray said sometime in the future he may get more, so I would like to put those on because the color looks better and the durability is stronger. More pics of this guy to follow and my Adventure Team that Ray did most off the re flocking on You guys are awesome for helping guys like me get that old feeling of excitement from way back in the 70's when fun was not a video game or Tweeting but backyard fun with these action figures and a friend or two Attachments:

Here are some of my AT guys. Rob created a couple muscle body repair kits that are actually better than Cotswald, and I used it on the MOA, and the Land Adventurer from the above pictures. 2 of the AT Dog tags are from Rob also, and a very highly detailed scope rifle like the ones shown on this thread that I just love He also did a few pistols that are so perfect I cannot at all remember who got them, and which are reproduced or original. A few more projects in the works but these are the best that I have. Here's a group photo Attachments:

The darker headed Sea Adventurer I requested from Ray because he showed the color on another thread. I like the original vintage color found on the lighter brighter auburn, but for me Rays deeper darker mix looks AWESOME! the Air Adventurer was re flocked by him about a year ago The better yet from the upper right going clock wise LA original flocking, Sea Adventurer Original Flocking, MOA Slight touch up on back otherwise all original flocking, Sea Adventurer Original with a small patch in front (hard to see..must be re done) Sea Adventurer Flocked by Ray,Air Adventurer flocked by Ray, Talking Cmmndr. original flocking Thanks for looking Attachments:

Ronnie, Thanks for the compliments. Your figures all look new again! Ray did a nice job as always. I have a couple of figures with the arms I made as well. I'll post some pictures soon. I also made more dog tags for my own figures. Making the parts are way better than paying high dollors for them. Rob

They look good Rob! I agree making the stuff is...well a lot of fun & frustration but paying for replacements sometimes is killer. So what is the going price for a set of arms? ;D

For the 2 forarms with wrist pegs $20.00. For all the arm parts and rebuild kit $47.00. This is the best price I can give with all the work involved.
I remember that you said you were going to build a pressure chamber from a pressure cooker. I can see that working well if it seals nice. A air line fitting could be put in the side or top. Maybe you can find one at a thrift shop.

Just wondering how you would price stuff. Me, I have a hard time pricing things. My Dad is working on a pressure/vac chamber...we'll see how that goes. I'm thinking about getting a pressure cooker and trying to modify that. We'll see

Here's some pictures of a complete arm set I made for Jay. The rebuild kit was also made by me as well as the neck post. It turned out very nice. The hands are from Cots. Attachments:
