I am diggin' that gray mix. I like the light version. On this end 90% ask for a darker version basically like Land Adventurer old type of gray which I also think is pretty cool. It's funny, because the custom type colors have grown on me over time. Before I never cared for them much, but after seeing how they come out, I think they are really cool. Attachments:

On the white heads I painted the hair with flat white first. Made sure it was dry and put the glue on. I did this because you could see to the scalp and it was pinkish. This way it looks very solid white. I did this with pure white, not the raw white. The raw white was used for the gray mix. Couldn't use pure white because it looks purple. I need to get more raw white.
The Sea Wolf was the very cool and it actually worked great. It's to bad Hasbro doesn't do these type of toys anymore.

Heres some pictures of the Gi Joe Drag Bike that I repaired the left handle bar that was broken. I made a mold of the right handle bar and then flipped it to the left side. Made a stent in middle of the handle bars and glue into place with the urethane plastic. I wet sanded the repaired area with 1000#. Painted it with aluminum silver and it was a perfect match. Also made copy of front black axle end caps. Attachments:

I do have one original hook from my tower. I'll try to make a mold and see how it turns out. I'll let you know when I make it. Rob

Pawo-chiga-pow-pow (Cheesy 70's porn soundtrack). Love what you did with this. I might get an extra Atomic Mike and have his head reflocked.

Thanks for the good feedback! I really think the atomic man looks better with the Life Like Hair and the 70's sideburns. I had purchased a palitoy atomic man and thought he looked better than the American version. Here's a picture comparing the two. Attachments:

Thanks for the feedback! I made a mold from the original. It's hard to cast because it gets air bubbles. Now I don't have to pay high prices for them.

I have thought about making more and selling them. Ray and I have talked about this before about selling stuff on the forum or trading with members so we can all benefit. I need to buy more black urethane liquid plastic. I have casted other parts as well. It takes time to do these castings and I'm so busy right now. Like I said before sometimes you get air bubbles that will be in the worst places and can ruin the whole casting. It's hit or miss. I need to think about if it's worth the time and effort to do more for selling or trading.

In the mean time I will scour Ebay for some.

Very nice! I'm glad you restored the figure. Megos are very cool and very collectible. I can't believe some of the prices people are asking for them. I think when they were new they were about $1.99 to $4.00.

I have the same batmobile sitting right next to me at the computer. Batman & Robin are in a box in the garage.

I also have the batmobile. I'll have to take some pictures of the Megos that I have. I have the rare Wards Secret Identities of Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson. They were a gift for Christmas and I also had Clark Kent, but not Peter Parker. Superman was lost or destroyed. I found all my childhood toys when my parents moved in the 90's. My brother and I took what we wanted and threw away the rest. The megos were in a box and needed repair. I almost threw them away, but decided to keep them and sell them to whoever wanted them. This was before ebay, so they just sat until 2009. Now they're all fixed and I've bought some other figures.
