My mind set was to go with the A.T. yellow, but I'm toying with the idea of dyeing up some blue or kelly green and do the A.T. on the top of the head in red and black. It's kind of a kooky thing, but for some reason it all appeals to me. I think it's the challenge of it.

My New Bad Guy for Joe! The Colonial! Made from a donated head from member Ronnie! Thank you Ron. Yes I stole part of the idea from the new Club Joe and a little from a KFC bucket! I figure the back story is a former A.T. combat pilot shot down and believed dead- driven insane after years of being alone trying to survive before he was found by some pirates. He believes that he was left for dead by A.T. and seeks revenge. Over time he became the leader of the pirate band that found him and now has the power to exact his revenge. Just a thought while I was flocking him...lol! Attachments:

He looks good Ray. Something I always thought would look good...would be to leave an unflocked path for the eye patch band. That way it would look like it is pressed into the hair. I though about doing the same thing with a bandana and a Vietnam soldier so it looks like the hair is sticking out around the strap or bandana.

I thought the exact same thing. I'm wondering if I should have flocked the head with the patch on. On a side note what's the deal with mice chewing these Joe heads???. I get heads all the time as donations for testing that have been mice chewed and it really looks like they take their time doing it. It bugs me when I hear the stories from the owners of their best buddy stuck away in a box after years of adventure and later found with a chewed face. I think my son watched the Toy Story movies too many times when he was smaller. It has started to affect my thinking. I'll get a beat up head in the mail and actually ask it, "boy, what have you been through?" Like, on your shelf the vintage Joe's will be telling the newer guys what they've done in the past.... lol!

Ray on the same note as mice chewing the heads...I get heads where for whatever reason people have decided to de-flock their GIjOE using a pearing knife and carved chunks out of his head...in some cases right through to the inside. Also get some heads with just one ear cut off...what the heck?

The flocked chewbacca is a great idea. The A-team head is great , and after I realized the logo looks like a Yamaka (hat?) I liked it even more. :-D If flocking can be done in any color it makes me wonder if anyone has ever tryed doing A Team Comic based Joes. Like Hasbros Star Wars Comic pack 3 3/4 series. It's nice to a see so many of the old Joes heads getting taken care of. Theyre all veterans .
